HHCLA IS OPEN AND PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES FOR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS.

The ReFresh Spot is open 24/7 and continues to provide access to handwashing stations, showers, clean restrooms and laundry facilities.

Our outreach workers continue to provide services on the street. They are helping people get into housing and are going on emergency home visits providing food, supplies and emergency support.

Our syringe exchange is open 7 days a week from 8am-4pm and continues to save lives by providing overdose prevention kits containing naloxone and safer injection supplies.

Our Client Engagement Navigation Service (CENS) workers continue to conduct screenings and make referrals to substance use treatment programs.

Our behavioral health team continues to provide substance use treatment services telephonically and our trainers continue to train service providers via Zoom.
The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, and we will continue to track and implement recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as state and local health departments.
